How to Become Your Own
1. When we hang the frame of ourselves upon the other, we risk too much, often resulting in loss.
2. I expected you to shelter me from the air between my feet and the floor. In my poor judgment, I essentially decided to fall.
3. Strings hang from points on my temple, pulled taut with the stress of my weight. In this descent, I caved to twisted regret.
4. I swore never again.
5. It is a new day. And, I will never forget.
